Bullard (Trella) of Red Springs and Betty Jo Lowery (Wallace) of Red Springs; her stepdaughter Anne McRae Rhice of Wilson; her siblings, Wade McMillan of Raeford, William McMillan of Aberdeen and Helen Lowery of Raeford; her grandchildren, Trent Smith Jr., Waylon D. Lowery, Shannon N. Lowery, Blake D. Bullard, Gage D. Lowery, Conselua Bullard, Cayla Bullard and Charles Austin Bullard; and her extended family, Eula Pittman, Gloria P. Johnson, Janice P. McNeill, Dwikelia McNeill, Velveta J. Dupree, LeKeisha Hammonds, Lenita Hammonds Murphy, Lee D. Hammonds, Jr., Ebony Dupree and Shane Haywood. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
