He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Michael, Matthew and Mark; his stepsons, Allon and Aaron Simpson; his grandsons, Jamison Smith and Mason Simpson; and his siblings, Elaine (John), Phillip (Jan), Kathy (Jim) and Pam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
