He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley Oxendine Jr. and Ethel Dora Demery; and his wife Helen Jones Oxendine. He is survived by: his daughter Sierra Mattison Oxendine of Lumberton; his siblings, Chesley Oxendine III of Massachusetts, Greg Oxendine (Melinda) of Red Springs, Marcus Oxendine (Jamie) of Lumber Bridge and Hope Bullard of Pembroke; and his granddaughter Helaina Michelle Chavis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
