She was predeceased by: her sister Cynthia Jacobs; her nephew Daylon Locklear; her grandfathers, Ervin Locklear, Eartle Ray Bell Sr. and Vernon Dial; her uncles, Timmy Oxendine and Eartle Ray Bell Jr.; and her close friend Cedrick "Wolf" Bennette.
She is survived by: her children, Cena Dial and Caleb Dial; her parents, Demetria Jacobs Locklear (Eric "Smokey") and Jeff Dial (Sally); her siblings, Erin "Tylo" Jacobs, Rachel Dial (Tony), Shania "Rochelle" Jacobs (Damien), Shiquoa "Toot" Jacobs, Sheanne "Shy" Locklear, Brandon Dial, Nakia Locklear (Ashley) and Jacob Maynor (Santanna); her grandmothers, Doris Lee Locklear and Mary Lou Dial; her boyfriend Brandon Oxendine; and her close friend Brittany Noel. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, relatives and friends.
