It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Bullard (Red Springs, North Carolina), who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Tucker and Straudie Dial; her husband Paul Bullard; and her siblings, Earl Dial and Sue Ann Bullard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Goins (Jeff) of Red Springs, Sandra Goins (Jerry Ray) of Red Springs and Regina Bullard of Red Springs; and her siblings, Joyce Slate (Ralph), Lucy Dial of Red Springs and James Jr. Dial (Shirley) of Red Springs. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
