She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Jacobs (Willie) of Lumber Bridge; her brothers, Thurman Scott (Ava) of Maxton, Bobby Locklear of Red Springs, Clyde Locklear of Winston Salem, Hedrick Locklear of Winston Salem, Dwaine Locklear of Winston Salem and Ronald Locklear of Winston Salem; and her grandchildren, Chloe, Dylan, Myah and Layla.
