She was predeceased by: her parents, Richmand Locklear and Ethel Mae Barton; her husband Russell "Bobby" Oxendine; her children, Eva Bullard, Sharon McMillian, Howard Locklear Jr. and Shellena McMillian; and her grandchildren, Christopher Locklear, Monica Locklear, Aaron Locklear, Ray Locklear, Chantay Locklear, Gwendeline Locklear, Veronda Locklear, Ashleen Locklear, Howard Locklear and Sherly Locklear.
