She is survived by: her parent Pearlie Mae Locklear; her sons, Rudolph Junior Lowery, Kirk Lowery (Gail) and Jamie Jacobs Lowery of Pembroke; her siblings, Fermon Locklear (Martha) of Red Springs, Herbert Lee Locklear (Janet) of Shannon, Donald C. Locklear (Jennifer) of Red Springs, Joseph Locklear of Lumberton, Pauline Locklear of Red Springs and Madelean "Mabel" Andry (Ray) of French Lick, IN; and her grandchildren, Krystal Lowery Oxendine (Mickey), Kelsey Lowery, Kayla Lowery and Erik Lowery. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of loving family and friends.
