She is survived by: her parents, Adam Oxendine and Kimberly Locklear of Red Springs; her siblings, Lylah Jacobs, Nyasia Locklear, Adam Oxendine, Kenan Parker, Bryson Oxendine and Zyeon Lindsay; her aunts and uncles, Glenda Oxendine, Shelly McMillian, Concetta Bullard (Kirk Jr.), Rodney Oxendine, Kenryn McMillian, Rev. Cordovian McMillian and Logan McMillian; her niece Shaniyla Alexziona Hunt; her grandparents, Dianne Jacobs, Shelby Jane McMillian, Windford Jacobs and Kenneth Locklear; her great-aunts, Bobbi Joe Fernandez, Betty Lowery, Betty Edwards and Frances Sanchez; and her aunt Shauna Locklear.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
