He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Haywood and Mary McKinnon Haywood; and his siblings, Ricky Haywood, Mary McKinnon and Johnnie Mae Haywood.
He is survived by: his children, Kendrick McKinnon of Savannah, Shalinda Galbreath of Savannah and Selena McKinnon of Red Springs; his siblings, Tony Haywood (Nikki), Clara Lane (Jeff) of Raeford and Shonda Howard of Raeford; his close friend Shirley Ware of Raeford; his grandchildren, Tahtiana Kaluhiwa and Zephanaiha Kaluhiwa; and his aunts, Clara Govan (Joe) of Aberdeen and Evelene Williams of New Jersey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
