He was predeceased by: his father Berlind Locklear. He is survived by: his mother Rosie Mae Bullard of Red Springs; his children, Patrick Locklear of Red Springs, Kenneth Locklear of Red Springs, Lakota Locklear of Red Springs, Crystal Locklear of Wagram and Kendra Locklear of Maxton; and his siblings, Jerry Locklear of Red Springs, Penny Locklear of Red Springs, Delois Thompson of Southport and Sally Locklear. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
