He was predeceased by : his parents, John Willie McEachin, Sr. and Bettie Mae Buie; his wife Brenda Patterson McEachin; his siblings, Willie Mae Young (McEachin) and Hartent Dunston (McEachin); and his son Jeffrey McEachin Prunty.
He is survived by : his children, Michelle Prunty, Charlotte Yvette Prunty, Harry Faison and David Williams; and his stepsons, Harold Brown, Jr. and Christopher Brown. He is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great grand-children, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
