"Shadow" Locklear, Rocky Locklear (Janice) and Mitchell Locklear (Linda); his daughter-in-law Crystal Locklear; his nieces, Cynthia Chavis, Denise Locklear, Courtney Chavis and Sheri Collins; his grandchildren, Joshua A., Julius, Robert, Mario III, Joshua M., Zyanya, Onyx, Redella, Talisa and Theodore; his close friends, Rosevelt and Charlie Ray Bryant; and his sister-in-law Cathleen Revels. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
