She was predeceased by: her parents, Bozie Locklear and Jessie Mae Tyler; her husband Robert A. Fulmer; her son Larry Fulmer; and her siblings, Thelma Locklear, Virginia Locklear, Elouise Locklear, Sylvia Locklear, Samuel Locklear, Bozie Locklear Jr., Wilbert Locklear and Kernice Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Nash Trent Wood (Faye), Barbara Locklear, Jacquline F. Locklear (Merriss), William Robert Fulmer Lewis E. (Carolyn), Lisa Lowery (Vince) and Tonya Jacobs (Allen); and her sisters, Modest Jones and Zelma Locklear. She is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren, seventy great-grandchildren, sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
