He is survived by: his parents, Henry Bullard (Tracey Nicole Deese) and Rose Collins; his children, Jeremiah Bullard, Kerionna Lynn Bullard, Lanyia Bullard and Macy Ann Bullard; his siblings, Henry Anthony Bullard and Crystal Gayle Bullard; his stepsister Cheyenne Taylor Jacobs; his niece Nevaeh; his nephews, Isaiah, Noah and Sean; and his friends, Michelle Lynn Clark, Jenny Oxendine, Faith Sanderson, Danielle McCormick and Thomas Bullard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
