He is survived by: his wife Jessica Simmons; his children, Ashton Kelly of Clinton, Dalyn Locklear, Shania Locklear and Della Locklear; his granddaughter Amiria Finch of Nashville, Tennessee.; his siblings, Chris Simmons of Angier, Dennis Locklear of Aberdeen and Stacey Gail Locklear of Red Springs; his nieces and nephews, Chris Simmons, Norman Simmons of Angier, Naomi and Nyair Locklear of Aberdeen; and his pets, Nyla and Fatboy.
