He is survived by: his mother Angela Locklear; his siblings, Mickey Locklear, Austin Jacobs, Jalen Dickey Jones, Ray Allen Jones and Amber Nicole Jones; his grandparents, Betty Locklear, Marvin and Marilyn Jones of Red Springs; and his cousin Dexter Lowery. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
