She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Oxendine and Curtie Maynor Oxendine; her husband Hethrow Lowery; her children, Rockie Lane Lowery and Marilyn Lowery; her siblings, Dorothy Lowery, Lizzie Mae Lowery, Bill Oxendine and Vardell Oxendine; and her grandchild Eddie Wayne Lowery.
She is survived by: her sons, Mitchell Lowery (Brenda), Allen Lowery and Rocky Locklear (Janice); her stepson Timmy Lowery; and her sisters, Betty Barton and Clarice Jacobs.
