He is survived by: his wife Georgania Locklear of Shannon; his children, Harry James Locklear, Jr. of Shannon, Jason Brooks of Pembroke, Juanita Locklear of Raeford, Andrea Locklear of Raeford, Wanda Locklear of Raeford, Kisha Blackman (Jeremy) of Shannon, Angela Fay McQueen (Norman), Carthage and Kim Dunn of Clayton; his close friends, Deborah Oxendine and Lillian Murphy; his brothers, Carson Locklear (Betty), Jerry Locklear, Carlton Locklear (Geraldine) and Amos Locklear (Clara Barton); and also, Felicia Duncan, Gloria Calhoun, Lisa Oxendine and Marlene Woods. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
