He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Collins; and his stepparents, Iula Lowery and Donald Lowery. He is survived by: his girlfriend Connie Clark; his children, Joshua Clark (Wonda) of Charlotte, Harold Collins Jr. (Hillary) of Red Springs, Rachel Milewski (Stephen) of South Carolina, Malinda Collins (Welton) of Red Springs and Becky Collins (Cleon) of Red Springs; and his aunt Wanda Sturdivant of Red Springs. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
