Collins; his wife Jeanette Brooks Locklear; his brothers, Arnold (Lydia) and Aaron (Barbara); his daughters, Tiffany (Cody) and Emy (Jose); and his grandchildren, Anila, Axton, Marcos and Rocio. He is also survived by Mother in law, Brother in law, Sister in law, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
