She is survived by: her children, David Shook (Laura) of Red Springs and Julie Thompson (Kirk) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Seth Thompson, Ellen Thompson Wallace (Campbell), Bailey Medlin (Drew), Morgan Shook, Jordan Shook, Amy Ratley (David) and Jennifer Martin (Kevin); and her niece Joanne Amos. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
