She is survived by: her husband Jerald Smith; her children, Jerald Smith Jr., Charles Locklear, Annette Smith Krobath, Jeraldine Smith and Terry Lynn Locklear; and her siblings, Melton Oxendine (Buddy), Charles Ervin Oxendine, Cathleen Rumsey, Gaynell Dial, Victoria Darlene Lowery, Virginia Bell and Patricia Locklear. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
