He is survived by: his wife Martha Locklear; his children, Hermon Locklear of Red Springs, Fermon Jr. Locklear of Red Springs, Barbara Locklear of Red Springs and Lisa Faye Locklear Hayes of Red Springs; his siblings, Donald Locklear (Jennifer) of Raeford, Joseph Locklear (Joe) of Lumberton, Herbert Locklear (Janet) of Shannon, Mable Wininger of French Lick and Pauline Locklear of Raeford; his grandchildren, Jalisa Hayes, Summer Locklear, Cieanna Jacobs, Nakema and Sissy; and his nephew Kirk Lowery. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
