Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Edwinna Sue Jacobs of Red Springs, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 61, on February 9, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Ray Oxendine and Marrine Strickland; her daughter Eugenia Sue Mishoe; her granddaughter Edna Trinity Mazell Hunt; and her siblings, Master Delton Ray Oxendine, Anthony Ray Oxendine (Tony), Adrian Dwight Oxendine, Deborah Ann Prestridge (Debbie), Sharon Dale McMillian and Michael Vincent Oxendine.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Jacobs; her children, Atelia Dawn Jacobs of South Carolina and Clifton Clyde Oxendine of Lumberton; and her brothers, Mitchell Wayne Oxendine and Jerry Donald Strickland of Delaware. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boles Funeral Home - Red Springs (102 S Vance St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
