He was predeceased by: his parents, Nemesio Barrios and Rita Aviles Barrios; his siblings, Hector Barrios and Daisy Rosado; and his son David Locklear.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Barrios; his children, Melania Barrios (Alex) of Florida, Deliah Olivares (Robert) of New Jersey and Jerome Locklear Red Springs (Dottie); his grandchildren, Destiny, Daniel, Nicholas, Emily, Micheal, Anthony, Alex, Josh, Jill and Justine; and his great grandchildren, Tremaine, Liam, Camila, Kalana, Sage, Sunshine, Stoney, Genesis and Noah.
