He is survived by: his children, Dean Lowry (Annette) of Shannon, Paul Lowery of Winnabow and Pam Lowery of Shannon; his sisters, Lillian Tyler, Shirlene Hammonds, Virginia Johnson, Carolyn Brockway and Janice Morris; and his aunts, Molly Jacobs and Christine Bullard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
