She is survived by: her husband Larry Goins; her son Phillip Ray Goins of Red Springs; her siblings, Dwight Revels of Red Springs, Adell Chavis of Fairbluff, Geraldine Oxendine of Tomah Wisconsin, Jo Ann Revels of Red Springs, Mary Ann Smith of Shannon, Janice Revels of Shannon and Loleita Sue Revels of Shannon; her grandchildren, Carlos Tolentino and Jennifer Tolentino; her great grandchild Abriella Tolentino; her sisters, Regina Hawks and Wanda Locklear; and her caregivers, Darlene Goins and Ivene Jacobs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
