It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Revels Goins of Red Springs, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Tommy Revels and Vergie McCormick; and her siblings, Mary Evelyn Locklear, Caroline Revels, Bobby Revels, Vernie Revels and Tommy "Man" Revels Jr..

She is survived by : her husband Larry Goins; her son Phillip Ray Goins of Red Springs; her siblings, Dwight Revels of Red Springs, Adell Chavis of Fairbluff, Geraldine Oxendine of Tomah Wisconsin, Jo Ann Revels of Red Springs, Mary Ann Smith of Shannon, Janice Revels of Shannon and Loleita Sue Revels of Shannon; her grandchildren, Carlos Tolentino and Jennifer Tolentino; her great grandchild Abriella Tolentino; her sisters, Regina Hawks and Wanda Locklear; and her caregivers, Darlene Goins and Ivene Jacobs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
