He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ratley and Sara Ratley (Carolyn Knowles Ratley). He is survived by: his son Dave (Amy Jackson); his grandchildren, Alex and Addison; his son Dwight (Amy Avery); his grandchildren, Turner Ann of Laurinburg and Taylor of Laurinburg; and his sister Judy May (Robert) of Farmville. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, and an abundance of friends.
