She was predeceased by: her father James Earl Locklear "Buddy"; her brother Nelson Locklear; her grandparents, Lessie Henderson, James Henry Revels, Hattie Roe Harris Locklear and Raymond Locklear; and her great-nephews, Tobias and Timothy.
She is survived by: her mother Peggy Revels Locklear; her siblings, Jay Locklear, Lisa Locklear (Willie) of Red Springs and Allison West of Red Springs; and her nieces and nephews, William, Steven, Samantha of Red Springs, Alisa of Red Springs, Jasmine of Red Springs, Michael, James, Nelson, Masson, Tamyra, Marissa and Tianna of Red Springs.
