It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Commissioner Raymond Cummings (Red Springs, North Carolina), born in Laurinburg, North Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cummings and Annie Pearl Cummings; and his siblings, Jerry, Timothy, Ronald and Carolyn.
He is survived by: his wife Betsy Cummings; his children, Raymond Foy (Jennifer), Robert Autrey (Tiffany), Braxton Michael, Erica Marie and Aryssa Lorn; his siblings, Barbara (Johnny), Brenda, Phyllis, Louise, Sally (Edward), Amelia (Vernon), Eunice, Sheryl Diane (Jeff), Donna Marie (Justin), Sheila Marie, Connie Jean, Randall (Carol), William Wright, William Aaron, Carlton, Michael (Quae) and Robert (Halley); and his grandchildren, Raymond Lee, Cody Nathaniel, Zacharia Hayden, Kaylan Brielle, Kanaan Autrey, Kensley Brigitte and Konnor Robert.
