She was predeceased by: her husband Nathaniel Jacobs; her daughter Genell Jacobs; her parents, Josiah Locklear and Cora Mae Locklear; her siblings, Wade, Alton, Sherman "Sam", Clea Miller, Buck, Curtis Locklear, Vianna "Dart" Locklear, Mary " Lady" Dial, Cinderella Locklear and Bessie Simmons; and her aunt Shank.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ray Jacobs of Maxton, Nathan Jacobs of New York and Katina "Tina" Locklear (Julius Jr.) of Pembroke; and her brothers, Grady Locklear (Julie) of Maxton and Bobby Locklear of Maxton. She is also survived by grandchildren, twenty- nine great grandchildren, two great- great grandchildren.
