She is survived by: her parents, Vick Wilkins and Teresa Wilkins of Red Springs, NC; her children, Harley Brian Oxendine of Red Springs, NC, Hailey Brianna Oxendine of Lumberton, NC and Brice Kayee Oxendine; her granddaughter Elana Oxendine of Raeford, NC; and her close friend Jamie Hammonds. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
