She was predeceased by: her parents, Bunion Hunt and Ella Ree Hunt; her husband Rev Weymon Ollen Oxendine; her grandson Timothy Oxendine; and her siblings, Purcell Hunt, Willie C. Hunt, Shirley Carter, Illa Mae Freeman, Willa Mae Brooks and Barbara Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Weymon Oxendine Jr. (Katasha) of Red Springs, Rev Donald Oxendine (Wendy) of Red Springs, David Oxendine of Red Springs and Debra Chavis (Michael) of Fairmont; her siblings, Bradford Hunt (Debbie), Gladys Freeman (Homer), Brenda Carter (Ronald) and Rebecca Hunt; and her grandchildren, Michael, Donavan, Matthew, Kelsey, Jeffrey, Kohnner and Tariah. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
