She is survived by: her husband Henry Oxendine; her children, Tony Locklear, Roger Oxendine of Lumberton, NC and Sara Lois Oxendine of Pembroke, NC; and her siblings, Lady Ellen Cummings of Shannon, NC, Wanda Smith of Shannon, NC, Felton Locklear and Billy Locklear of Shannon, NC. She is also survived by wife to her husband and a great mother to her children.
