She was predeceased by: her father Harlie Harris Locklear; her siblings, Clyde Chavis, Donald Locklear, James A. McGirt, Mary Harlene Bullard, Venus Jacobs and Marie Locklear; and her brother-in-law Winford Rogers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Locklear of Mississippi, Cindy Lewis of Laurinburg, Mable Chavis of Delaware and Robert Redell Locklear of Raleigh; her nieces, Jacqueline Bullard (Phillip Bullard) and Dawn Locklear; and her brother-in-law Arlie Jacobs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives, and friends.
