She was predeceased by: her son Lucas Shane Collins. She is survived by: her parents, Clement Earl Locklear of Red Springs and Darlene Locklear; her son Ashton Kohl Collins; and her siblings, Joey Locklear, Marlena Locklear of Red Springs and Claudia Locklear (Tuttie) of Red Springs.
