She was predeceased by: her former husband Nolan Smith Phillips; her son William Herbert Phillips (Billy); her daughter-in-law Sharon Melton Phillips; and her stepson Elton Fordham. She is survived by: her husband James Felton Fordham of Heflin, AL.; her son Nolan Gary Phillips of Red Springs; her stepchildren, James W. Fordham of Alabama, Ronald Fordham of Alabama and Evon Hyatt of Alabama; her daughter-in-law Sandra Phillips; her stepgrandsons, Jonathan Azar and Jason Azar; and her nieces and nephews, Becky, Mary, Ann, Eddie and George.
