She is survived by: her husband Richard Locklear, Sr.; her children, Richard Locklear, Jr. (Misty) of Wagram, Kalita Hayes (Bryan) of Lumberton, Kalina Locklear of Pembroke and Tasha Knight of Lumberton; and her sisters, Rita L. McNeill (Nelson) of Red Springs, NanetteWard of Raefrod and Vonnie Jean Bullard of Raeford.
