He is survived by: his parents, David McCormick and Rhonda McCormick; his former wife Lindsey McCormick; his children, Adriana, Aniyah and Adrian Deshawn; his grandmother Clara McCormick; his sister Danielle McCormick (Crystal); his nephews, Isaiah, Noah and Lucas; his niece Nevaeh; his brother Andre Smith; his aunt Sandra Helton; his niece Charlotte; his aunt Connie McDougald; his uncle James Locklear; his aunts, Yondell Hailey and Phylania Pleasant of Norfolk, VA; his cousins, Ashley Lester and Samantha Cummings; his close friend Nakayla Jones; and also, Red Springs and Pembroke. He is also survived by his family and a devoted father to his three children.
