It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Abby Jane Locklear (Red Springs, North Carolina), who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Pearlean Locklear Lambert; her sister Michelle Lambert; and her close friend Paul Lowery. She is survived by: her father Randolph Lambert of Red Springs; her children, Paul Lowery, Brian Locklear, Jarrett Locklear, Samantha Locklear and Amber Lowery (Jason); her brother Randell Lambert of Red Springs; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Skylar and Landon; and her nephews, Timothy Strong of Red Springs and Thomas B. Strong of Red Springs.
