She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Evans and Nancy Harper Evans; and her husband Dana Elsworth Braswell, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Faye Braswell Smith (Marlin) of Red Oak, Danese Braswell Stapleford (Sam) of Nashville and Paulette Braswell Langley (Levell) of Red Oak; her grandchildren, Kelly Massenburg (Shareef Shabazz), Leslie Smith (Anthony James) and Zach Langley (Olivia Gonzalez); her sister Barbara Waggoner (Roland); and her nephew Cameron Waggoner.
