He was predeceased by: his parents, W. D. Hulsey and Jenny Hulsey; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Carol Braxmeier Hulsey; his daughter Ashley Hulsey; his sisters, Karen Pritchard (Bill) and Kathy Pianalto (Randy) of Arkansas; his brother-in-law Jim Braxmeier (Irene) of South Carolina; and his close friend Carol. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
