He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leroy Lewis, Sr. and Jeanette Snipes Lewis; and his brother Red Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Snipes Lewis; his children, Jacob Lewis (Kayla Locklear) of Laurinburg, Kellyn Lewis of Laurinburg, Dana Mahar (Billy) of Laurel Hill and Pamela Paige Parker of Laurel Hill; his brothers, James Leroy Lewis, Jr. (Pam) of Lumber Bridge and Blackie Lewis; his grandchild Laurel Hill; and his sister Jenny Clark (Jimmy) of Laurel Hill. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
