It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Anne Russell Fogleman of Randleman, North Carolina, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Russell and Theresa Scott Russell; and her husband Basil Leo "Toad" Fogleman. She is survived by: her friends, Walmart, Waffle House and Hallmark; her siblings, Martha Russell, John Russell (Wanda) and C. B. Russell (Anna); her grandchildren, Olivia Poupore Hatfield (David), Gavin Poupore (Lauren), Alec Poupore and Cody Fogleman; her great grandchildren, Isabella and Amelia Poupore; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Henderson and Jonathan Henderson; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Katilynn Hatfield, Abby Britt and Payden King. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
