He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Ellington and Ida Mae Mabe Ellington. He is survived by: his wife Jolene Shivers Ellington; and his children, Margaret, Jim, Michael (Jerri), Renee and Mark (Gwen). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
