He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ledford Ratliff; his sons, Ricky Burford (Christal), Rodney Ratliff (Tamra) and Timothy Ratliff (Christina); his grandchildren, Amber Henric (Patrick), Joshua Burford, Jason Ratliff (Bella), Bradley Ratliff, Chance Burford, Robbie Ratliffe, Austyn Ratliff and Jean Marie Ratliff; his great grandchildren, Luke David Ratliff, Paisley Henric, Alburn Henric and Lilly Ratliff; and his siblings, Linda Beane and Swanson Allen DeHart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
