He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Burke Raguet; his daughters, Susan Tammy Hale of Peoria, IL and Brenda Lee Mark of Peoria, IL; and his grandchildren, Raymond, Tenley and Kaia. He was also cherished by several great-grandchildren and cousins.
