She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Williams and Eva Mae Burrow; and her son Phillip Cagle, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Joey Latham and James Cagle; and also, Cristey Trogdon (Keith), Annabelle Trogdon (John), Cherokee Adkins (James), Troy Ann Williams, Vickie and Alicia.
