She is survived by: her siblings, Ventura Ruiz of Ramseur, Esther Ruiz of Mexico, Socorro Ruiz of Mexico, Guadalupe Ruiz of Mexico and Moserrate Ruiz of Mexico. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
